William DeLibero '91 was named city manager for South Padre Island, Texas.
Sally Kolwaite Bratten '99 is a human resources and benefits compliance consultant with Jaeger and Flynn, an insurance broker, consulting, and administrative services firm in Troy, New York. She will be providing general regulatory and human resource guidance to the agency and its clients.
