The Office of Alumni Relations and the Career Services Office have jointly launched the Bridge to Success Mentor Program in an effort to help New England Law students find mentors within the New England Law alumni community.
The Bridge to Success Mentor Program is designed to assist New England Law students with identifying and expanding their legal career options. Towards that goal, Bridge to Success provides students with the opportunity to develop a relationship with a New England Law graduate who shares a common background, interests, or practice area. Topics of discussion include students’ career goals, day-to-day law practice, types of practice, how to assimilate successfully within a legal environment, career networking, and job search strategies and skills. Mentors help students to learn about the general practice of law and prepare students to compete successfully for jobs, including educating them about hiring criteria and processes.
If you are interested in participating in the Bridge to Success Mentor Program as a mentor, please complete the on-line application form here. You will be contacted once your application has been reviewed.
This program is a service for our most recent graduates to be paired with an experienced alumni Career Coach in their practice area. Career Coaches help to build networks, offer advice on job searches, and provide support for new graduates.
If you are a graduate of the most recent New England Law graduating class, and would like to be matched with a Career Coach, please complete the on-line Application for a Career Coach.
